Russ Brown

Russ Brown is a co-host of the Midday Sports Zone (M-F 11-1) and can be heard on the Bill Shanks show (M-F 3-7) as well. Russ also handles sideline duties for the Georgia Southern Radio Network in addition to pre and post game roles. Russ has been in radio since 1995 starting out at WMVG and WKZR in his hometown of Milledgeville, Ga. He interned at Raycom Sports before coming to Macon in November of 2006.

The Middle Georgia native calls Macon his home where he lives with his wife and son. In his spare time, he enjoys grilling, playing on the Ocmulgee River, listening to music and being outside as much as possible.
